Reclamation – when we dance the 5Rhythms® waves we are reclaiming ourselves as sacred beings and acknowledging the true value and purpose of dance in our lives. The ancients danced. They danced to create community. They danced for healing and transformation. They danced to invoke - to physicalize into being. They danced for self-expression and they danced to create joy!

5Rhythms® is a dance-based meditation practice for all ages, sizes, and shapes. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms® Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we deepen our physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities. Open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
